At Trend Ripple, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer flexible return and exchange options to help you shop with confidence, while maintaining the integrity of our products and supporting a sustainable approach to fashion.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags are attached and all accessories included

Garments are free of makeup stains, odours (including perfume), and hygiene concerns

Swimwear must be tried on over underwear; returns may be refused if hygiene guidelines are not followed

A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is provided
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Email us at contact@trendripple.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the address for posting your item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
POSTAGE COSTS

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If an exchange is approved, Trend Ripple will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we suggest placing a new order once your return has been approved to ensure product availability.
Exchanges are only offered on full-priced and eligible promo code items, subject to stock levels at the time of return.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. Please note:

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
Orders placed during the Christmas and New Year period receive a 5-day extension on the standard 30-day return window.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but in the rare case of an issue, please contact us immediately upon receipt. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll work with you to make it right.
