The delivery times provided are estimates only. Trend Ripple can not be held accountable for delays incurred from freight providers which are not in our control.

For Australian orders

Delivery time frame is 3-7 business Days (please allow extra time during sale periods)

Most Australian orders are dispatched with Australia Post or Sendle.

We give authority to leave parcels – if this will cause inconvenience, we suggest sending the item to a business address.

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been placed Trend Ripple is unable to change the delivery address. Once the package has been dispatched it is up to the customer to re direct this with Australia Post or the carrier in use.

For international orders, please allow 7 to 20 days.

Most international orders are dispatched with Sendle and occasionally with Fedex and DHL.

Please ensure a street address and phone number is supplied. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Trend Ripple cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Trend Ripple can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped Trend Ripple reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
