At Trend Ripple we want to ensure you have peace of mind when shopping for our items and is happy with your purchase. Therefore, we have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you must comply with conditions below:

  • Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase
  • Tags are attached to all items and all accessories are included
  • We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase
  • Garment is in original condition, including unworn and unwashed (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.)
  • Garment has no make-up stains
  • No odours, including perfumes

Simply put, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

For Christmas and New Year's orders (18/12/24 - 31/12/24) there will be an additional 5 days for the returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation message, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that at this stage Trend Ripple will not cover postage on returns however, in case of exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost of your new order. 

Damages and issues

We carefully check each item individually before we pack them, but in the rare case of a defect, please contact us via e-mail as as soon as possible.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items or gift cards. 

Items purchased during special sale campaigns can be exchanged for another item* otherwise Store Credit is applicable.

FINAL SALE ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Exchanges
Trend Ripple accepts returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes for a store credit only. Trend Ripple does not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted (see above conditions for returns), make a separate purchase for the new item.

Kindly note we are a small business, therefore we do not place items on hold.

Refunds

Trend Ripple does not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not (see above conditions for returns). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@trendripple.com.au.

Also note Trend Ripple will refund you based on the order amount paid and postage can't be refunded at this stage.
