ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • During peak periods (sale events, holidays), please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. (check spam box)
  • We give authority to leave parcels – if this will cause inconvenience, we suggest sending the item to a business address.

We currently ship orders within Australia using Sendle and Australia Post for standard shipping, and Australia Post Express for faster delivery.

All international orders are shipped via Sendle for Standard shipping and  Australia Post for express shipping. We currently ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, Asia, and select European countries.

Available for customers near our head office location in Freshwater. Please wait for an email confirmation before collecting your order. No walk-ins without confirmation.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you will need to redirect it via the shipping carrier.
