Which size should I chose?

Trend Ripple stocks different brands so we do recommend checking each size guide on the product page or on the Discover>Size guide link located on the main; the measurements will help you determine your correct size. 
If you are still unsure which size to buy, please contact us here, including you measurements (Bust, Waist, Hip, usual sizing) so we can help you.  

Can I purchase a bikini top and bottom separately?

Yes! Even though they are pictured together, all bikinis and active wear tops and bottoms are sold individually. This is is the best way to ensure you can mix and match your favourite styles and sizes.

Prices are marked individually. 

Does Trend Ripple have a physical store?

We are an on-line based business, however, we do have a showroom in Freshwater where we accommodate try-on appointments. See here.

You can also find us during summer season in one of Sydney's most iconic weekend Markets, such as Bondi Markets, Manly Markets and Glebe Markets. Keep an eye out on our Instagram or Facebook events.

Do items come back in stock?

Rarely. Since we curate a smaller and exclusive swimwear collection, when items are sold out, we generally won't have it re-stocked. Feel free reach out to us and we will let you know if we can re-stock the same or similar styles.

Currently shipping to Australia, NZ, North America: USA, Canada Europe: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom Asia: Japan, Malaysia, Singapore.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

We endeavour to process your order within 1 to 3 days. For ANZ, Please allow 7 business days for your online order to be delivered. Non-metro areas and international deliveries may add an additional 2 days to delivery timeframe.

What are your shipping rates?

Australia 
  • Standard shipping -Flat rate $10 for orders under AUD $150; 
  • Free shipping for orders from AUD $150;   
Click & Collect available available for Australian customers.  

New Zealand 
  • Standard international shipping -Flat rate AUD $20 for orders under NZD $200. 
  • Free shipping for orders over NZD $200;
USA and Canada
  • Standard international shipping -Flat rate AUD $20 for orders under USD $200
  • Free shipping for orders over USD $200; 
Europe 
  • Standard international shipping -Flat rate AUD $20 for orders under EUR €200
  • Free shipping for orders over EUR €200;

My shipping address is incorrect on my order, how can I change this?

We are only able to change details on your order prior to it being processed. We recommend to contact us via message or via phone as soon as possible to request any changes. 
We can't be held responsible for any mistakes if orders were already processed. In the unlikely case, you will need to liaise directly with the carrier.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major cards, PayPal, Shop and Afterpay.

Can I purchase a gift card online?

Yes, you can purchase an e-gift card through our store. To redeem your gift card, enter your gift card number in the 'Order Summary' tab at checkout.

What is your returns Policy?

At Trend Ripple we understand how tricky it can be to buy clothing on-line and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 
If you change your mind about an item purchased at www.trendripple.com.au, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 20 days of receipt, as long as it meets the below requirements: 
  • Proof of purchase provided; 
  • Tags attached; 
  • Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed; 
  • Garment has no make-up stains; 
  • Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done. 
Trend Ripple does not cover the cost of your return, however, we do endeavour to honour the shipping cost in case of exchanges.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted (see above conditions for returns), make a separate purchase for the new item. Kindly note we are a small business, therefore we do not place items on hold.

Please contact us if you need a new discount code or shipping code.

Do you refund sale items?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items or gift cards. 

Sale items can be exchanged for another item* otherwise Store Credit is applicable.

How does the VIP Rewards Program work?

What is the VIP Rewards Program?
This is our gift to you! You will earn points every time you make a purchase with us. These points are redeemable as an exclusive VIP member's discount. Make sure you are subscribed in order to receive notifications.

Why should I sign up?
When you sign up and become a VIP Rewards Member, you will  be rewarded with review points, birthday points, account anniversary points, receive exclusive deals and more. This is a massive upgrade from the VIP subscribers.

How do I start earning points?
There are many ways to earn points! After you create your account, you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent! You can also get additional points by following on Insta, Facebook and more! Check the 'Ways to earn points' section above. Don’t have an account? Just sign up above! Make sure you are subscribed in order to receive notifications.

Where do I check my points?
Once your points are computed in our system, you will be able to view your purchasing and points history by signing into your account.

Why are my points are less than I expected?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent! Points calculations are based on ex. GST totals.

This value earned relates to the product order value and excludes shipping and GST amounts.

How can I redeem my rewards?
You can view and redeem your rewards voucher by signing into your account. Voucher code will automatically be applied at the check out once you click "redeem voucher". The minimum spending criteria for using the vouchers is: 

$20 Voucher - $100 minimum spend 
$30 Voucher - $100 minimum spend 
$50 Voucher - $150 minimum spend 

Make sure you are subscribed in order to receive notifications.

Do my points or voucher expire?
Yes. You have 365 days or a 12-month period to redeem your rewards points gained from online or in person shopping. After rewards points are redeemed, you have 90 days to use them, otherwise your voucher/redeemed points will be lost. 
This also applies to referral discounts/vouchers. Make sure you are subscribed in order to receive notifications.

Why are my points not showing?
Once you make a purchase or earn additional points, you should be able to see your points within 1 hour. Birthday rewards should be in the account and ready to be redeemed the next day. Make sure you are subscribed in order to receive notifications.

How does the Friend Referral work?
Give your friend $15 off their first online order & receive $15. 

This is only eligible if your referral is a first-time customer. The $15 voucher can be used on any purchase over $100, within 90 days of issue. Discounts excludes Virago products. 
Your voucher code will be sent to your email once the referral has made a purchase. Make sure you are subscribed in order to receive notifications.

How do I earn points for reviews?
There two ways of earning points by writing a review:

 -Earn 10 points by writing a Google review, please visit the our Google Business page here. Note your review name must match the name on your order. Please note only one review per email address and name, on Google Business Profile will be eligible for points. 

-Earn 10 points by writing a product review, please visit the product page on our website for your latest order and click on the 'Write a Review' button, or through our automated review* request email. 

Please note only one review per email address, on any one product will be eligible for points.

*Automated email option applicable if customer email is available in the system.

Why can't I see any points when I have previously purchased items?
Trend Ripple's VIP Rewards Program have launched in 2024 and all customers who purchased from us online or in person, from February 2024, and already had a VIP subscribers and an account, are eligible to be awarded with purchase points. 

Any customer who purchased from us from February 2023 and did not have an account, but were already VIP subscribed, will be eligible to these points after creating an account.
